MR CARLSON EDWARD JEFFERS also known as BAD ROPE and BORO of St. Vincent formerly of Trinidad died on Saturday May 15th at the age of 68. The funeral takes place on Monday May 24th at the Lowmans Anglican Church. The body lies at the church from 9:30 am. The service begins at 10:00 am. Burial will be at the Lowmans Hill Cemetery.
