The Government of St. Vincent and the Grenadines is continuing to make steady progress with the Recovery Effort, in the wake of the explosive eruption of La Soufriere Volcano in April.
Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves said the reconstruction and rehabilitative work is continuing.
Speaking on radio on Sunday, the Prime Minister highlighted some of the work that is being done in the Owia community, which is located in the Red Zone.
