The National Nine Mornings Management Committee said an increasing number of persons have been coming forward to participate in the various competitions which are being held as part of this year’s festival.
The Programs Co-ordinator for the Committee, Sean Frederick told NBC News, there has been an increase in registration and participation for the different competitions.
