Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves has outlined plans to develop the Kingstown area, as the Government moves forward with the Kingstown Port Modernization Project.
Speaking on NBC’s Face to Face programme yesterday, the Prime Minister announced plans to enhance the Rose Place area, and the area where the Kingstown Port is now located.
