MR ARNETT OWEN TANNIS better known as BUMPER of Port Elizabeth, Bequia died on Wednesday October 26th at the age of 82. The funeral takes place on Saturday November 5th at the Port Elizabeth Evangelical Church. The body lies at the church from 10:00 am. The service begins at 11:00 am. Burial will be at the Port Elizabeth Cemetery.
