MS EMMELIA EMENCIA PARSONS better known as MISS PARSONS and MISS P of Retreat, Vermont died on Sunday 30th April at the age of 73. The funeral takes place on Saturday 27th May at the Retreat Church of Christ. The body lies at the church from 9:00 a.m. The service begins at 10:00. Burial will be at the Penniston Cemetery.
