Developers of the Black Sands Hotel Project have been given an extension of three years on their Alien Landholding License, to allow them to complete construction of the first phase of the Resort.
This was announced by Minister of Tourism Carlos James, as he responded to a question in Parliament last Thursday, on the status of the project.
The Black Sands Hotel Project is being carried out at Peters Hope on the leeward side of the Island.
