Hosting the CELAC summit in St. Vincent and the Grenadines will bring tremendous benefits to St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
That is according to Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves as preparations for the summit to be held at Sandals Resort St. Vincent in March 1st are in full swing.
