The time is right and ripe for St Vincent and the Grenadines to have discussions about a new National Hero.
That is the view of Minister of Tourism and Culture Carlos James.
Speaking on radio recently the minister said that now, in National Heroes and Heritage Month, the time is right for a mature conversation to be held again on the topic.
