Vincentian students safe following Hurricane Oscar and power blackout affecting Cuba

Vincentians students are safe, following the passage of Hurricane Oscar which left seven persons dead after making landfall in Cuba on Monday.

Prime Minister Dr Ralph Gonsalves says that while students were not affected by the Hurricane, they were affected by the recent blackout, that left 10 million Cuban’s without power.
