Vincentian encouraged to diversify their sources of protein to reduce food import

One of the ways this country can reduce its food import bill, is to look at alternative sources of protein.

So says National Correspondent with the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization UN FAO, Dr. Colleen Phillips.

According to Phillips, alternative proteins can feed more people with fewer resources.
