Prime Minister, Dr. Ralph Gonsalves says it is a lovely time to be young in St. Vincent and the Grenadines and he is encouraging youths across the country to take advantage of the educational opportunities being provided for them by the Government.
He made the comment during today’s Face to Face programme aired on NBC Radio.
