MR JOSEPH URIAS OZIAS ALLEN better known as DA, UNCLE and JOE of Biabou died on Wednesday April 9th at the age of 74. The funeral takes place on Saturday May 24th at the Biabou Methodist Church. The viewing and tributes begin at noon. The service begins at 1:00 pm. Burial will be at the Biabou Cemetery.
