MR WAYNE ALLISON EMMANUEL HARRY better known as SCRATCHY MAN of Port Elizabeth died on Friday June 13th at the age of 64. The funeral takes place on Saturday July 19th at the Port Elizabeth Evangelical Church. The body lies at the church from noon. The service begins at 1:00 pm. Burial will be at the Port Elizabeth Cemetery.
