MRS CAROL PANDA CHARLES-HERBERT of Campden Park Plan and Mt. Pleasant, Marriaqua died on Friday August 15th at the age of 60. The funeral takes place on Friday August 29th at the New Testament Church of God, Lowmans Hill. The service begins at 11:00 am. Burial will be at the Lowmans Leeward Cemetery. Persons attending the funeral are asked to wear blue clothing
