Minister of Urban Development, Benarva Browne said the Government is moving full steam ahead with its urban transformation agenda,
Speaking at yesterday’s media conference, Minister Browne said Phase Two of the port development is already underway, setting the stage for new shopping and dining hubs, and an expanded cruise ship terminal.
Minister Browne said the launch of MPOC is just one step in the government’s broader modernization and transformative vision for the country.
She noted that more updates will be provided in the coming months regarding the phasing out of existing facilities, future redevelopment plans, and what the public can expect from the next stages of the port transformation.
