MR JOEL ALFRED RICHARDS better known as FIRST and JOE of Richland Park died on Wednesday July 29th at the age of 73. The funeral takes place on Saturday September 19th at the Joyful Praise Tabernacle, International Pentecostal Assembly. The body will lie at the church from 1:00 pm. The service begins at 2:00 pm. Burial will be at the Richland Park Cemetery.
