There are reports of a suspected homicide early this morning.
The victim is Kelson Laynes, 60, a farmer of Brownstown in Georgetown.
Police say, Laynes was discovered dead in his home this morning at about 9:10 with an injury to his throat.
Officers of the Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force are investigating.
