The Carriere Nine Mornings Committee will stage a Mini Concert in that community tonight, to launch its 100 days countdown to 100 years of Nine Mornings program.
The programme dubbed “Christmas in November: A taste of 9 Mornings” will be launched at the Muriel Davis junction in Carriere from seven tonight.
Co-ordinator of the Committee Jennifer Richardson says they are hoping to create a festive atmosphere for Christmas.

One of the highlights of tonight’s activity will be the launch of two Christmas boxes, one for food donations and the other for toys, new or used.
