NBC Revised-HiRes Corporate_Transparent

The National Nine Mornings Committee will begin judging in  the 2013 Vinlec Community Lighting Competition this Saturday  December 21st.

The Town Hill community will be seeking to retain the title of  Best Lit Community this year.

Speaking on NBC’s Face to Face programme this morning,  Chairman of the Committee, Michael Peters, said judging will  begin on the Leeward side of the country.

The Community Lighting Competition will be judged out of a total of  50 points, including Impact: 20 points; Creativity:20 points; Theme:10 points;  Judging will take place from seven each evening, and communities, gardens and houses will  be judged at the same time in the various zones.

The results will be announced on Tuesday December 24th at 6:00pm during the Nine Mornings Programme in Kingstown.
