The People’s Movement for Change (PMC) is calling on the government and the political opposition to work together in the national effort to rebuild the nation following the devastation caused by last month’s flooding.

Chairperson of the PMC, Oscar Allen, made the call in light of a recent Open letter to both political leaders from an overseas-based Vincentian, calling on them to put aside their political differences and work together on the recovery effort.

Speaking at a news conference this morning, Mr. Allen said the PMC endorsed the letter, written by Junior Jones, and forwarded it to both political camps with the hope of effecting a change.
