Efforts to improve the capacity of the local Fire Department today received a major boost with the acquisition of 12 fire suits

Efforts to improve the capacity of the local Fire Department today received a major boost with the acquisition of 12 fire suits compliments the Ajax Fire Fighting Service based in Canada.

The donation was made possible through the efforts of C.K. Greaves and Company Limited.

Representative of C.K. Greaves, Clyde Mofford, said the donation forms part of the company’s corporate responsibility to provide assistance to the country’s most crucial sectors.

And, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Renold Hadaway, expressed gratitude on behalf of the Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force.
He said the equipment will go a long way in improving the efficiency of the Fire Department.
