SVG Scout Association Revitalization

President of the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Scout Association Kenrick Murray says the local Scout Movement has been experiencing some “turbulent times” over the past years.

Speaking on NBC’s Views on Issues programme on Sunday, Mr. Murray noted that there are close to 200 cub
scouts in local primary schools, but the number of scouts in secondary schools amount to less than one hundred.

He said steps are being taken to revive the Movement.
