Pride and Joy (2) defeated Big City Life Highlanders United 4-3 in yesterday’s opening match of the Hairoun Beer/D&J Auto Rental and Parts, Highlanders Organisation 9-a-side Football Championship at the Richland Park Oval.
The goal scorers for Pride and Joy (2) were Benjamin Williams, Sunil Castello, Dante Toney and Delroy Gregg.
Steve Warren, Malden Scrubb and Gregory Stephens were Big City Life Highlanders United’s goal scorers.
This afternoon from half past four, Pride & Joy (2) will meet Godson Cain’s Hard Knocks also at the Richland Park Oval.
