Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves says the Government is looking at the possibility of establishing a Multi-purpose Fisheries Complex in the town of Calliaqua.
In his address at the Fisherman’s Day Prize Giving Ceremony, the Prime Minister spoke about a Medium-term Development plan for Calliaqua with assistance from the Japanese Government.
He said there is need for an improved Fisheries Complex to better serve the Vincentian public.
The Prime Minister also spoke about further assistance for the Fisheries Sector, which will be provided by the Japan.
