National Family Planning Coordinator at the Ministry of Health, Arlita Scott, is urging Vincentians not to let their guard down during the Carnival Season.
Miss Scott appealed to revelers to use protection when engaging in sexual activity or abstain altogether.
Miss Scott said the Ministry of Health has prepared packages with condoms for distribution to Mass Bands, to ensure that protection is readily available.
