As the SVG Pharmaceutical Association hosts activities to observe Pharmacy Week, local Pharmacist, Steve Millington, is encouraging persons to take responsibility for their health and wellbeing.
Mr. Millington made the call during NBC’s Face to Face programme on Wednesday.
The week of activities commenced on Sunday August 3rd, under the theme: “Your Health And You – The Importance Of Taking Prescription Medication “.
Mr. Millington said Pharmacy Week is intended to raise public awareness about the roles of Pharmacists and the importance of pharmaceuticals.
Mr. Millington also said despite various challenges, the Pharmaceutical Association is committed to providing quality service to Vincentians.
