Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves says he will be taking over responsibility over the Ministry of Works with effect from today.

The Prime Minister announced changes to Ministerial portfolios during a Media Conference this morning.

He said the Minister of Transport and Works, Julian Francis will be assigned to the office of the Prime Minister with special responsibilities.
