Vincentian Entrepreneurs To Attend Business Building Conference

Two Entrepreneurs from St. Vincent and the Grenadines will be attending the 7th Annual Sustainable Livelihoods Conference in Antigua later this month.

Coordinator of Team Biz Hub SVG, and Executive Director of local NGO Constructive Solutions Inc. Ashley John; and Entrepreneur Kay Dawn Fergusson of Valkelly Investments local producer of flavored coconut oil products will attend the conference.

The Conference is being coordinated by local NGO Constructive Solutions Inc., in partnership with the Center for Enterprise Development (CED) The Caribbean Centre of Excellence for Sustainable Livelihoods and regional partner, Gilbert Agricultural Rural Development Center (GARD Center) based in Antigua.

The 7th Annual Sustainable Livelihoods Conference is to be held from October 27-29th under the theme “Getting Regionalism Right–A Strategy for Sustainable Development.

The event will include field tours, capacity building sessions and opportunity for accessing markets and market intelligence through business to business and business to customer’s sessions.

Among the Objectives are to transfer knowledge, explore relevant ideas and develop action plans for deepening and strengthening working relationships and partnerships.

Participants are also expected from Anguilla; Barbados; Belize; Dominica; Guyana; Jamaica ; St. Lucia; St. Kitts and Nevis; Trinidad & Tobago; Anguilla; Panama; Montserrat; Haiti; Grenada, Dominica and host Antigua and Barbuda.
