Government of SVG Continues To Invest Heavily In Education And Training

The Government of St. Vincent and the Grenadines is continuing to invest heavily in Education and Training.

That’s according to Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves who was at the time addressing Education Officials and Students at the launch of the Third Phase of the SVG Community College on Tuesday.

The Prime Minister said despite the economic challenges, the Government has maintained its expenditure on Education.
The third phase of the SVG Community College Rehabilitation project was completed at a cost of 30-million EC dollars.

It includes a Lecture Theatre Building, A Student Union Building; a Teachers’ Building; two hard courts and bleachers.

The project was financed by the European Union and the Government of St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
