The National Insurance Services (NIS) says during 2015 it will be enhancing its Customer outreach program to offer a better service to Vincentians.
Executive Director of the NIS, Reginald Thomas tells NBC News that they are continuing to put measures in place to ensure that they can adequately respond to the needs of Vincentians.
He said one of the key areas of work will be expanding their programs which are currently offered on the internet during 2015.
