More Young People Are Getting More Job Training Experience Through Social Programmes

Hundreds of young people throughout St. Vincent and the Grenadines are being afforded the opportunity to gain on-the-job training in various disciplines through the efforts of the Ministry of Social Development.

Minister of Social Development, Frederick Stevenson, spoke of the achievements in this regard during his contribution to the 2015 National Budget Debate in Parliament last month.

Minister Stevenson said a number of programmes have been developed as part of its mandate to improve the livelihoods of the nations’ youth
