Vincentians are being reminded of the importance of good nutrition in ensuring the health and well-being of the individual.
The advice came from Chief Nutritionist in the Ministry of health, Wellness and the Environment, Andrea Robin.
Mrs. Robin said nutrition is one of the fundamental pillars of public health and is crucial for physical and mental development.
Mrs. Robin is also encouraging persons to be more aware of the nutritional value of the foods they consume.
