The Calliaqua Fishers Cooperative (CALFICO) is currently hosting series of activities during this week as part of this year’s Fisherman’s Month program.
Chairman of the Fisherman’s Day Committee, Winsbert Harry tells NBC News these activities kicked off on Monday.
Mr. Harry said today CALFICO is hosting a National Insurance Service membership drive for its Fishers and these activities will continue on Friday with a Fish Night at Calliaqua.
Mr. Harry is therefore appealing to Vincentians to support the Calliaqua Fishers Cooperative (CALFICO) in its week of activities.
