An Ecuadorian delegation headed by the Deputy Minister of Defense, and other military officials will pay a two day visit to St. Vincent and the Grenadines from today.
He purpose of the visit is to assess the work being undertaken on the
bridges at Penniston, Chateaubelair and Fitz Hughes.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs says the team will carry out an inspection of the Hope Bridge today from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
The inspection of the Chateaubelair Bridge and Fitz Hughes Bridge will be done tomorrow from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
The delegation will also be meeting with Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves and other officials tomorrow from 3:00 p.m.
