Police have made a breakthrough into the death of Carlos Richardson of Ottley Hall
Police say that 30-year-old Ivan Raguette of the same address was today arrested and charged with murder.
Richardson, 36 died on Tuesday after he received a gunshot wound to the upper right side of his back. He died on the spot.
Richardson’s death brings to nine the number of homicides for the year.
