Police are investigating the shooting of a young man in Upper New Montrose ‘Monkey Hill’. NBC Radio understands at around 9:20pm last evening residents of Upper New Montrose were alerted by explosions and a loud scream and contacted police.
Upon arrival a young man was discovered lying in the road and was rushed to the Milton Cato Memorial Hospital where he remains warded.
