Benedict Sam 46 year old, Livery Cab driver formerly of Layou residing in Brooklyn New York was shot to death.
Brooklyn 12 News reports that the incident took place at around 2am on Tuesday may 31st at the intersection of St. Johns and Schenectady Avenue in Brooklyn.
Sam, who was shot in the chest was transported to the kings county hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
Benedict Sam was a father of two.
