Eleazar Matthews, valedictorian of the 2016 graduating class of the Gomea Methodist School was smiling ear to ear when he walked away with six out of eight awards at the school graduation ceremony held on Wednesday 15th.
He received awards for most Disciplined Student, Best at Science, Best at Mathematics Best of Language and Best of Civics, and the Principal award.
In his remarks Matthews told his fellow graduates, “hard work brings success, keep studying, education is important.”
Matthews took the first place for the school in the CPAE, he will attend the St. Vincent Boys Grammar school in September.
