As children across the country prepare to return to school next Monday, 5th September, parents and guardians are being encouraged to take steps to ensure proper nutritional health.
The advice came from Health Educator, Harvey Farrell, during the Face to Face programme on NBC Radio this morning.
Mr. Farrell said in addition to proper nutrition, parents must ensure that children receive adequate rest.
Mr. Farrell is also encouraging persons to start getting their children back into the school routine.
