MR JAMES CHANCE better known as BALBA of Sandy Bay died on Sunday 17th October at the age of 80. The funeral takes place on Sunday 23rd October at the Sandy Bay Gospel Chapel. The body lies at the church from 1:30 pm. The service begins at 2:30 pm. Burial will be at the London Cemetery.
