MRS CECELIA THOMAS better known as DUDEY of Richland Park died on Wednesday November 23rd at the age of 76. The funeral takes place on Sunday November 27th at the Richland Park Seventh Day Adventist Church. The body lies at the church from 11:30am. The service begins at 12:30. Burial will be at the Richland Park Cemetery.
