MR VERNON MCLEAN RICHARDS better known as SCOBA of Rose Hall and Troumaca died on Friday December 9th at the age of 64. The funeral takes place on Saturday January 7th at the Rose Hall New Testament Church. The body lies at the church from 1:30pm. The service begins at 2:30. Burial will be at the Rose Hall Cemetery.
