No One Caught

Local Police officials have reported that they are continuing their investigation into the recent killing of Kesron Quashie, a 22-year-old labourer of Redemption Sharpes, which occurred at Redemption Sharpes on Tuesday 15th August.

According to the Police, reports are that Quashie was outside his home playing dominoes when he was approached by four masked men who opened fire at him.

Speaking to NBC News today, Head of the Criminal Investigations Department, Superintendent Ruth Jacobs, said that so far no one has been caught in relation to Quashie’s death.

The Sharpes resident sustained gunshot wounds to his lower abdomen, and was taken to the Milton Cato Memorial Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.

His death has brought the total number of homicides for the year to twenty-one.
