MR ARNOLD PHILLIPS better known as LENS of Diamond formerly of Queen’s Drive and Belmont died on Saturday January 20th at the age of 76. The funeral takes place on Sunday January 28th at the New Testament Church, Belair. The body lies at the church from 2:00 pm. The service begins at 3:00 pm. Burial will be at the Belair Cemetery.
