The second Preliminary Round in the FLOW Lions Club South Secondary Schools Public Speaking Competition takes place today Frenches House.
The competition will have participation from six schools
1. Campden Park Secondary School
2. St. Vincent Grammer School
3. Bequia SDA Secondary School
4. Bequia Community High School
5. Intermediate High School
6. West St. George Secondary School
The students in Zone Two will speak on the topic: In modern Society, there can be no valid justification for vigilante justice. However, the laws around citizen’s arrest do not help in the re-inforcement of law and order”.
