A twenty-two year Welder of McCarthy has been arrested and charged by Police for the alleged rape of an 18 year old student.
Police said Dillon Burke was arrested on Tuesday for the incident which allegedly took place between the first and 31st of December, 2015.
The accused man is expected to appear before the Family Court to answer the charge.
Police also arrested and charged Gilroy Richards, of Freeland, Marriaqua on Tuesday with allegedly Indecently assaulting a 15 year old Student between October 1st and 31st last year
The 36-year-old Labourer is expected to appear before the Family Court to answer the charge.
