MR OWEN HOPE better known as SKIPPER HOPE of Belair died on Thursday November 21st at the age of 98. The funeral takes place on Monday December 2nd at the St. John’s Anglican Church, Belair. The service begins at 3:00 pm. Burial will be at the St. John’s Anglican Church yard.
