Vincentians are being urged to pay attention to their mental health as they try to cope with the changes brought about by the Covid 19 pandemic.
The advice has come from Counselor at the Mental Health Centre, Ellica Matthews.
Speaking on NBC’s Face to Face programme yesterday, Miss Matthews said the pandemic has led to an increase in anxiety and stress.
