The Government of St. Vincent and the Grenadines is exploring the possibility to carry out a major project in Penniston at the site which formerly housed the Emerald Valley Casino and Golf Club.
Speaking on NBC Radio on Wednesday, Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves said the Government will partner with the national Lotteries authority to implement the project.
